Dr. Jeremy
I'm a pediatric and family chiropractor and a Midwest guy down to my bones (which, for the record, are very well-aligned). When I'm not in the office, my second home is Radiant FIT, where I'm either getting after it or pretending I'm about to. The rest of my time is split between babysitting a smoker full of meat like it's a newborn, living and dying with my sports teams every single week, and hanging with my family and friends. Realistically, it's all of the above at once—ribs on the smoker, game on the TV, and someone yelling about the score.
At the end of the day, I just really love my people. I love getting to know the families who walk through our doors, cheering on the little wins, and helping kids and parents feel good enough to chase down whatever life's throwing at them. This work has never felt like "just appointments" to me—it's getting to be part of your people, your routine, and your good days. So whether you're bringing in your tiniest human for their first adjustment or finally booking one for yourself, my whole goal is for you to feel like you belong here.

I’m a Care Advocate, here to support you and your family through every step of your chiropractic journey. Being a mom of five is my greatest joy and life’s biggest accomplishment, and it’s shaped the way I care for and connect with others.
I have a background in Early Childhood Education, and I’ve always had a heart for helping moms and children feel seen, supported, and understood.
When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me cheering at my kids’ events, staying active, spending time with the people I love, or getting lost in a good book.

I am a Care Advocate, here to welcome you to the Catalyst Family from the moment you walk in the door! I have a degree in Recreation Management and a decade+ of experience in recreational programming, special events and aquatics [think Leslie Knope] so in the summer months you can also find me at Main Beach in Crystal Lake! I enjoy spending my time doing fun things like baking, yoga, laying on my dogs, keeping up with my adventurous kiddos, and deciding what to eat for dinner with my husband. My perfect day is waking up in the Northwoods of Wisconsin with a fresh pot of coffee brewing, cinnamon rolls in the oven, snow falling, all while the Packers are beating the Bea…Vikings! I began my chiropractic care journey while in college in hopes of finding support for my body, without unnecessary daily medication. Consistent chiropractic care has empowered me to take control of every aspect of my health and healing so I can be the best version of a wife, mom, sister, auntie, friend, ME everyday. I am excited to be here to support you on your chiropractic care journey also!

Chiropractic care has been pivotal in supporting my own health, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same benefits. Holistic care has become a top priority for many, including myself, and I find it empowering to see people take charge of their health. I love helping others discover their strength in caring for their well-being. In addition to being a care advocate I am also a nanny for an incredible family and their 3 little boys! They keep me on my toes and are such a joy to watch grow! I have an associate of Science degree and am currently working towards certification as a Nutrition Therapist Master, and I’m excited to help people develop a healthier connection between their bodies and food. In my free time, I love experimenting in the kitchen, especially with my newest venture, sourdough-everything! I also enjoy spending time in nature, exploring with my two pups, Finn and Rocco. Whether it’s soaking up the sunshine or curling up on the couch with a good book, we’re always making the most of our time together

I am a Care Advocate here at Catalyst and ready to welcome you to the family right when you walk in the door! One of my biggest passions in life is connecting with people especially through chiropractic care! My husband, Chris, and I have been married since 2011 and have 5 children; 4 living and 1 heaven side. I spend majority of my days being a stay at home mom with my kids which is the greatest joy and blessing of my life. My favorite things we do as a family include baking, spending time at the beach, and boating in Northern Wisconsin.
My family and I started under neurologically focused chiropractic care when our daughter was a baby and was struggling with torticollis and plagiocephaly. Within 2 weeks of her being under care, we noticed such a dramatic difference physically with her that we got the rest of the family started. Once we all began, we saw immediate results with chronic ear infections, eczema breakouts, seasonal allergies, less sickness, and emotionally dealing with grief. It has been so life changing for us to have chiropractic on our side to support us through life's up's and down's, sickness and injuries, but also the normal stressors that come up in life. Getting adjusted is not only our weekly habit for continued wellness but also our first call and line of defense for anything that comes up! I’m Jennica, a care advocate here at Catalyst. Being able to get to know the people who come through our doors is such a blessing. I am honored to have the opportunity to be here for others through all seasons of life. I am a mom to three amazing kids and have been homeschooling since my oldest was in Kindergarten. My husband passed of cancer back in 2022 and I met Dr. Jeremy shortly after out of necessity as a result of my (at the time) unhealthy lifestyle. He helped me that day and this community has truly been the catalyst for change in my life in so many ways. My whole family has been receiving care over the years and the trajectory of our lives has changed for the better. I came in for an adjustment but what I received was people who genuinely cared about me and my family, encouragement and friendship. In my free time you can find me across the hall working out with my teenage daughter or cheering on my kiddos at their sports ball games! We are an active family and love going on nature walks and bike rides. We love learning about our world and always working to be the best version of ourselves!

My name is Lila and you will generally see me up front greeting you, on the floor with kiddos, snuggling a baby or petting my office bestie Boss ☺️Faith, family and living optimally are deep passions of mine. I love being able to witness the transformations made with each person who decides to do the hard work of making positive changes for themselves. When I am not in the office, you will most likely find me being my kiddos or husbands cheerleader on the side lines, enjoying live music or somewhere on an outdoor adventure, beach or mountains, I show no partiality!

I play flag football and do powerlifting, When I’m not at school and doing their sports you will catch me at Radiant fit or working here! I enjoy spending my free time with hanging out with friends and family, playing with my dogs, shopping, laying out by the pool and being at the beach.
